Product description
This product is an ammonium salt type dispersant, with excellent water resistance for exterior wall coatings. Free flowing, high gloss excellent pigment wetting and dispersing agent, can prepare high solids dispersion slurry, finished paint viscosity stability, no foaming high efficiency, low cost.

Application
Water-based coatings, pigment pastes, exterior mid- to high-grade coatings.
Recommended Applications
This product is a non-foaming dispersant based on ammonium polycarboxylate. H80 can be used in the preparation of color filler slurry such as kaolin, titanium dioxide, white clay, precipitated barium sulfate, light calcium, talc and iron oxide red. Adding H80 to water before adding color filler will give the best dispersion effect and the highest pigment content of the dispersed slurry. The PH of the system needs to be adjusted to 7.5-10 for the preparation of calcium carbonate, talc and iron oxide red, etc. This color filler slurry can be used in various emulsion systems such as: nitrile emulsion, butyl benzene emulsion, white latex and acrylic emulsion, etc. The dispersion efficiency of H80 is higher than that of conventional dispersants, and the normal dosage is 0.25-1.25% of the more beneficial color filler.
Packing and storage
It is packed in 50kg and 225kg plastic drums and stored in a cool and dry place, valid for 24 months.
