Recommended Applications
Pre-gel: When preparing 10% high content pre-gel, the initial viscosity is high, so it is necessary to slowly add HBH to water, and it will show better fluidity after dissolving well. (Try to use soft water or deionized water, if only hard water is available, treatment is needed: ion exchange).
Increase the temperature (35-60ºC) adding electrolyte, high speed shear can accelerate the formation of pre-gel. It can be added in the form of master batch at any stage of the production process without adjusting the pH value, but the stability of HBH will be weakened in the acidic region, or it can be made at a low concentration of 1-5% and used directly.
