Product description
HSA is a rust inhibitor compounded by a variety of special chelates, which can prevent the formation of 'flash rust' of waterborne coatings, and prevent the flash rust phenomenon that can easily occur when waterborne coatings are sprayed on metal substrates, especially the flash rust problem that is very likely to occur in the position of sandblasted and welded seams of cast iron and other materials, which can be easily solved by adding HSA.

Application system and dosage
HSA can be used in a variety of water-based coatings, easily soluble in water, in the paint mixing stage to add dispersion can be, in order to achieve the purpose of anti-flash rust, it is recommended to add about 0.8% of the total formula, in order to solve the problem of the film after drying in contact with water back to the rust problem, it is recommended to increase the amount of additions to 1-2% Inhibition of welded positions, cast iron and sandblasted iron rust, it is recommended that the amount of additions for the total formulation of 1-2% (for the total formula).
